Your account has been abusing CPU resources for an extended period of time and has been temporarily disabled in order to ensure continued performance stability of the account and server. While we do limit each account to no more than 25% of a system's CPU in our terms of service, we do not actively disable accounts until they greatly exceed that number, which is what happened in this case
How can you resolve the issue?
We have two solutions available. Moving the account to a dedicated server, which will allow far greater hardware resources or you may try following some of our tutorials

If you feel your scripts have already been optimized, it may simply be time to consider the hardware upgrade. If you have fixed the CPU usage, you may unrestrict your account up to five times by logging into your cPanel account:

How can I tell what my CPU usage is?
You can view your CPU usage by logging into cPanel. It is located in the left side bar under Statistics.

How will this affect your account and sites?
Performance of your site may become degraded by this resource limiting. Additionally, if the CPU usage persists and continues to affect server stability your account may be disabled entirely. Once the CPU usage has stopped on your account, the restriction will be removed within 3 hours.
