vps "Internal Server Error" hatası

Question

php bellek boyutunu WHM 'den PHP Configuration Editor 'den 32M 'den 64M 'ye yükselteyim dedim. Sitelerimi açmaya çalıştığımda browser 'da şu hatayı alıyorum.

php.ini den verdiğiniz değeri kontrol ediniz, sonunda M yi unutmuş olabilirsiniz.

yok M yi unutmadım. şu an 32M ye tekrar ayarladım. sonuç yine aynı.
