SMF'de nasıl özel sayfa oluştururum?

Merhaba, smf forumumda özel bir sayfa oluşturmak istiyorum. Örneğin http://localhost/forum/index.php?action=yonetim böyle bir action oluşturup onu Yonetim.template.php dosyasından yönetmek istiyorum. Yonetim.template.php dosyam mevcut, fakat action oluşturamadım. Yardımcı olursanız sevinirim
