easy php 3.0 sorunu

Bir problemim var.Eğer yardımcı olacak olan olursa çok sevineceğim
Easy php 3.0 + joomla 1.5.8 kurmaya çalıştım.Çalıştım diyorum çünkü easy php 3.0 çalışmadı bir türlü ve aşağıdaki hata logunu verdi.(Sistem:
laptop, vista home premium, firefox 3.0, Nod 32 antivirus )Dolayısıyla öncelikle local host üzerinde çalışacaktım.
Soru 1: joomla destekleyen bir hosting de buldum bu hostingde joomla kurulum dosyalarını public_html klasörüne mi atacağız.Daha sonra da local host'ta ( laptopta ) hazırladığımız site dosyalarını yine aynı klasöre mi atacağız ?
Soru 2: Easy php kurulumdan sonra çalıştırmak için tıkladığımızda aşağıdaki hatayı veriyor : " Unexpected end of mysql "
ve easy php penceresinde apache started(yeşil) ama mysql stopped(kırmızı) var. Log dosyasına baktığımızda ise aşağıdaki bilgi yer alıyor :
