SMF Kurulumda Hata Yardım

Arkadaşlar daha önce smf kurdum basarılı oldu fakat dün kurulum yaparken bir hata ile karsılastım db name fln istiyor hepsini doğru yazdıgıma eminim defalarca denedim fakat

db bağlantı izninde problem çıkmış ayarları göden geçir

yeni DB olusturdum onuda kabul etmedi
