css den yapacaksın . phpbb den pek anlamam yani hiç bakmadım dosyalarına ama uzantısı .css olan bi dosya olmalı ondan bu moderator gösterim kısmını bulup başına ' <b> ' ,,,,, sonuna ' </b> ' kodlarını ekleyecerek bold yazabilirsin.

smf desen can kurban ama phpbb ile pek ilgilenmedim kusura bakma bu kadar yardımcı olabilirim

Oradaki modların kalın gözükmesi için .css ile bir şey yapmıyorsun, temanın viewforum_body.html dosyasında aşağıdaki kodlarda uygun yerlere <b> </b> taglarını eklersen kalın gözükmeye başlayacaktır..
