SSH ile yedek almak hakkında

Bluehost tan host hesabım var...Yedeklerimi ssh ile almak için live help bölümüne girdim ve ssh kullanmak istiyorum ama kullanmayı bilmiyorum dedim bana şöyle birşey yazdı...Ne yapmam gerekir anlayamadım?

In order to enable SSH for your account, you must fax a copy of your photo ID (i.e., driver’s license, passport, etc.) to:
Fax: 1-801-765-1992
or
Upload a copy through your cPanel using the SSH/Shell Access link, then click on Browse next to "Upload your Photo ID:."

SSH will be enabled as soon as possible and a reply to your ticket will be sent. Faxes will not receive a contact back.
