Mevcut URL'nin Belli bir kısmını çekme

Merhaba arkadaşlar,

aşağıdaki scriptte + encodeURIComponent(document.location.toString()) +

bu kod o anda bulunan youtube video sayfası urlsini çekiyor, ama ben komple url yi değil, sadece url nin sonunda bulunan ID yi (youtube.com/watch?v=KvHqkVmbP4s) eklettirmek istiyorum oraya.

Yardımcı olabilirseniz çok sevinirim.
