sanırım dosyaya yeterli izinleri vermediniz.

upload yaptığın dosyaya yazma izni vermediğinde bu tür hataları alırsın çünkü veri tabanına kayıt yaparken Internal Server Error hatası verir. Resimler, albümler, v.s. gibi dosyalara 777 yaparsan sorunun düzelir. Düzelmediği taktirde upload işlemini yaptığın kod ta bir sıkıntı var demek serverin kullandığı bileşenleri incelemen gerek.

Kullandığın asp.net script ney.

Windows ta chmod olmaz...
Asp.net ben bu config deki bazı ayarları bulamıyorum demiş.

windowsta da chmod oluyor hocam adı değişik.(asp de oluyor en azından .neti bilmiyorum).plesk panelde sanal dizinler mi öyle birlerden bakınız
