Hypervm ve Kloxo'daki açık kapatıldı mı?

Let me introduce myself. I am Ligesh?s cousin and I currently have access to the source code for HyperVM and Kloxo.
There are two objectives that I want to achieve:
1. LxLabs as a organization ceases to exist; hence try to see what
best can be done for the existing customers of LxLabs
2. Ensure that no one party unfairly benefits from the sterling work
that Ligesh has done.

As far as I see, there are two options:
1. Sell to another individual or organization ? This will ensure that
current security issues in HyperVM and Kloxo are fixed, customers get dedicated support & updates and the buyer can benefit from licensing of current and future customers. As of last month, LxLabs had accruals of about $9200 per month (and we know how lax Ligesh was on his invoicing). Since Ligesh?s father is well-to-do and has no inclination to run this business further, this option would interest him only if it is an outright purchase and the price is reasonable.
2. Move to Open Source ? Release the source code on Open Source. In
this scenario, the user community can decide to fix the security issues, provide patches and updates and take the product forward.
However, I have seen several comments on the forum wherein some of the current customers are a bit apprehensive and would like to have a first look before the source code is made available for general access. There are some ongoing debates on what kind of license would motivate dedicated individuals to work on updating the software and build business models around it. Certain commercial licenses used within HyperVM/Kloxo are also something to be handled. Hence this is not an easy task.

A third option may be to ?Do nothing?, though this may be least preferred.

Some of LxLabs customers have expressed an interest in Option 1. Since you are one of the bigger customers for LxLabs, I would like to give you an opportunity to indicate if you are interested in making an outright purchase offer for the source code.

Please let me know your thoughts. I am not planning to announce this on the public forum (yet), hence please respond privately. I will wait for your response till Monday (6/22) night.
