Muhtemelen MGC Chatbox (with AJAX) eklentisini yanlış veya eksik yüklemişsin. veya yükledikten sonra başka bi işlem sonucu ilgili tabloda eklentinin sutunu silinmiş. Çözüm için ik yolun var

1-Aşağıdaki sorguyu çalıştır

ALTER TABLE usergroup ADD `mgccustomusergroupperms` INT( 10 ) UNSIGNED NOT NULL default '0';

2- Eklentiyi kaldırıp yeniden yükle

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'mgccustomusergroupperms' in 'field list'

tesparanın verdiği sorgu işi çözer.fakat tespara eğer sorun mgc chatbox ile ilgiliyse nbmsgshowchatbox da sorun verecektir.
