Arkadaşlar tiktokhesap.com sitem üzerinden Amerika konumlu tiktok hesapları satmaktaydım, bugün siteme girdiğimde suspend hatası aldım. Sağlayıcıma destek talebi göndermek için panele girdiğimde aşağıdaki maili bana gönderdiler. Sizce haklılar mı? Böyle bir durum olabilir mi? Şuanlık bu bir şikayet konusu değil, hosting satıcısı r10 üzerinde iş yapmakta ama belki de ben haksızımdır, isim vermek istemiyorum. Sadece bilgi almak istedim

We have been alerted to the website, https://tiktokhesap.com/, which appears to be using your hosting service on IP address, 188.132.165.165.
The website, https://tiktokhesap.com/ features our client’s trademarks without any authorisation. Such use creates the false and misleading impression that the website and its company are authorised, licensed or approved to provide information about, or goods or services with respect to the TikTok brand. In addition, the website features our client’s trademarks whilst offering for sale TikTok accounts to TikTok users without any authorisation. Such are contrary to the Terms of Service found at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-use?lang=en. It also exploits our client’s brand and misleads visitors into believing that this website is affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok when it is not.
We, therefore, would appreciate your assistance in disabling the hosting service of this website or, at the very least, in removing any and all infringing content on the website on the basis that the website is infringing upon our client’s trademark rights.

hocam yurt dışında bu tür koruma işleri yapan firmalar var. senin hosting şirketinede bu firma mail atmış. bot kuruyorlar zaten. alan adlarını tarıyor ve bot hangi hostingde ise direk mail atıyor. bir ceza almassın türkiye de hukek temsilciliği yok firmanın
