We’re getting in touch to let you know our system has removed one or more of your listings as a potential counterfeit or unauthorized item, which are prohibited on Etsy under our Intellectual Property Policy and Prohibited Items Policy. We have refunded the listing fees associated with the removed item(s).
We are in the process of reviewing the deactivated listing(s). Please do not remove or edit your listing(s) while they are under review. You can view your deactivated listing(s) here.
If a listing is reinstated following our review, it should be available within 10 business days, although it may be longer under certain circumstances. No action will be taken on your account as the result of an reinstated listing. However, please note that listings may be subsequently removed under Etsy’s Seller Policy or if they are subject to a notice of Intellectual Property infringement.
If a listing is not reinstated following our review, this notice will serve as a policy violation warning. If applicable, you may lose your Star Seller badge as a result of this warning. You can learn more about Star Seller here.
We may also place a reserve on your Payment account for 90 days as a precaution, in accordance with the Etsy Payments Policy. Throughout this period, funds from orders placed with your shop will become available for deposit when an order is shipped with tracking information showing the item is in transit or 45 days from each sale date, whichever is earlier. Sellers in certain regions can buy shipping labels directly on Etsy that include tracking. Etsy is not able to access tracking events for some carriers. If we can’t determine if an order is in transit, the reserved funds will become available 45 days after the sale.
Please review your remaining listings and ensure that you are not making use of any third party’s branding or content without their permission. This can include terms or images that may relate to Intellectual Property Rights owned by a person or brand, including a brand’s name, logo, product or character name, copyrighted content, or protected designs without the brand owner’s authorization. If Etsy has reason to believe your listings are unauthorized, we may remove these listings.
Please do not relist protected content. Relisting or continuing to list prohibited items may result in the suspension of your account privileges.
