    Merhaba java ile MsSql e bağlanmaya çalışıyorum fakat şu hatayı alıyorum


    Bağlantı hatası: The TCP/IP connection to the host localhost, port 1433 has failed. Error: "Connection refused: no further information. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall.".

    sql server configuration da tcp/ip aktif

    sql servisini yeniden başlattınız mı?
    1433 portunu servislerden tek tek yazarak enable ettiniz mi?

    sql server managment studio yu yeniden başlattım ,configuration managerde hepsinin active:yes,enable:yes durumunda test etmek için telnet ile bağlanmaya da çalıştım fakar şu hatayı alıyorum;
    telnet 127.0.0.1 1433
Bağlanıyor 127.0.0.1...Ana bilgisayara bağlantı açılamadı, bağlantı noktası 1433: Bağlantı başarısız
