    Merhabalar bir kaç gün önce mail atmıştım Azure böyle bir dönüş oldu. Pek anlamadım açıkçası ne yapmamız gerektğini Belki anlayan hepimize anlatır işimize yarar diğer yandan da goddady den bir mesaj aldım.

    We have an update for the domain/s in question which are registered with Teknoclouds. To maintain continued operation of the domain, we will be moving the domain/s that we have verified to be related to Teknocloud to DomainsPricedRight.com. Domain/s that have been transferred to another registrar will not be affected. Some domains are still in the process of being moved, but they should be done by next week. If you are the owner of this domain, you may be able to retrieve it by visiting changeupdate.comor calling 850 390 75 46 between the hours: 9:00 - 19:00, Sunday through Friday. We would recommend you start reaching out next week after they have been moved.Previously, we have only moved domains that were purchased within the last 60 days. However, with this new update, even if your domain was purchased more than 60 days ago, you can still proceed with the instructions mentioned above. DomainsPricedRight will provide you further instructions on how to retrieve your domain/s.Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you further or provide any further details on this matter as the domains have been/will be moved.Regards,

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    With review of the domain names, we have verified that the ID provided does not match any of the contact information on these domains. As such we are unabel to provide you with these domains regardless of any receipt documentation. We do have a newly available process in which customers who cannot verify their domains that have Azure or TeknoClouds contact information can attempt to get their domain names back. This process was made possible with an agreement with Afternic, who we can post the domains for sale there in which case you can repurchase them through Afternic or any of their affiliates. We understand that this is not ideal for domain owners. It is the only option we are able to do at this time to get domains that we cannot verify the contact information on to the party who owned or is interested in owning them. By doing so you will be buying the domain name for a higher price than what Teknocloud was charging as they were not directly paying the registry the appropriate price for domains. And it will be up to Afternic's algorithm to decide the pricing but is primary around $20USD for domains. The other option is to buy them as they expire through an expired domain auction or wait for the domain name to be made publicly available.

    O zaman Icann'a şikayet edeceksiniz vermesi gereken Teknoclouds benimkini de vermediler şikayetten 3 gün sonra kod geldi.
