To whom it may concern,
Acting on behalf of the company TikTok Pte. Ltd., (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Company"), we hereby
call upon you
To immediately cease and desist from infringements of the Company's trademark, including in particular the trademark "TIK TOK". We demand in particular the removal of any references to the Company's trademarks from the website from any other marketing materials existing in whatever form, as well as to cease such use of the Company's trademarks and to refrain from using the Company's trademarks in the future in any other manner, including within or in relation to the conducted business activity.
The Company is a technology company which owns TikTok, a social app that is highly appreciated and renowned among the users worldwide, including within the territories of EU, India and U.S. Furthermore, the Company possesses a portfolio of trademarks commonly used worldwide, registered as the trademark "TIKTOK". Our registration of the trademark provides us with certain proprietary rights. The Company is entitled to restrict the use of the trademark, or any confusingly similar trademark, in association with confusingly similar products or services.
Recently, it has come to our attention that one mobile Application named "uygulama ismi" (the App) was launched on Google Play, which is at uygulama linki . Without any prior authorization from us, the App uses our "TikTok" trademark as its title.Consumers' confusion and misunderstanding that the trademark usage is authorized by us or that the App has some relationship with TikTok would be inevitable under this circumstance.Meanwhile, the app claims to be a tool designed specifically for TikTok.The use of TikTok brand's value and reputation absent prior consent from us or compensations to us is unfair and inappropriate. It has violated our trademark rights as well.We ensure that the above information in our notice is accurate and that we are the copyright or intellectual property owner.
We understand that it is possible that you were unaware of this conflict. We therefore, respectfully request that you respond by letter assuring us of your immediate actions taken to cease and desist the use of "TikTok" trademark, or any confusingly similar trademarks, within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt of this letter.
We hope that this issue may be amicably resolved so we may avoid any further legal remedies as provided by relevant laws.

Sizce ne yapabilirim mail gerçek olma ihtimali nedir. Uygulamayı nasıl değiştirebilirim?
Sadece uygulama başlığında TikTok geçiyor uygulama içinde her hangi bir logo gibi vb. telif gerektiren birşey yok. Açıklamada bu uygulama resmi değildir diye notum var. Avukat arkadaşlar yardımcı olursa sevinirim.
