Sana daha önce bir my.cnf vermiştim aynısını kullan gitsin..

bunlarıda değiştir httpd.conf dan

MaxClients 300
MaxRequestsPerChild 500

Bir değişim yoksa bu ayarlardan sonra tekrar yaz..
