Sana daha önce bir my.cnf vermiştim aynısını kullan gitsin..

bunlarıda değiştir httpd.conf dan

Timeout 30
KeepAlive Off
MaxKeepAliveRequests 100
KeepAliveTimeout 5
MinSpareServers 8
MaxSpareServers 18
StartServers 10
MaxClients 300
MaxRequestsPerChild 500

Bir değişim yoksa bu ayarlardan sonra tekrar yaz..
