proxy server kurulumu

hocam selamlar vds sunucuyu proxy sunucu olarak ccproxy ile kullanmak istiyorum fakat anlayamadığım şöyle bir hata alıyorum proxyfier ile bağlantı testinde.
nerede yanlış yapıyorum yardımcı olabilirmisin?
