Sunucuya ulaşamıyorum!

Serverloft'taki sunucuma ssh veya whm den ulaşamıyorum. Sitelerde de sorun oluştu.Serverloft'a yazdım ve Recovery System'i kullan diyorlar.
Daha önce kullanan var mı? Yedeğim yok. Tüm bilgileri kaybedermiyim?

Your server is up and running. I do see that SSH is not accepting connections and whm does not appear to be running. These issues can to be resolved using our recovery system available from your serverloft panel. If you are unable to resolve these issues in the recovery system, you can restore your server. Please note that restoring your server will delete all data on your server and reinstall the operating system.

Birde sunucuyu yeniden başlatıp erişmeyi hiç denedinizmi? İkinci olarak KVM veya alternatif bir erişim yöntemi sağlayabilip sağlayamadıklarını sorarmısın?

Bu sorunlar Recovery System ile çözülebilir diyor. Bununlada çözüm bulamazsanız sunucunuzu restore edebilirsiniz, fakat bu sunucunuzdaki bütün verilerin kaybolmasına neden olur diyor.
