db bağlanamıyorum

Merhaba,

sql server aldım yeni aldığım serverin allow kısmına ip adresini yazıyorum diğer serverdeki config dosyasınada sql serverin ipsini yazmama rağmen birşey bağlantı kurmamı engelliyor. hata loglarından tahmin yürütebilecek var mı acaba

conf.php yi include edemiyor işte ondan öyle deniyor,
conf.php doğru yerdemide ?

evet conf doğru. sql server yeni o sevrde kısıtlayan birşey var ama ney:S başka bir makiandan confa sql bağlayabiliyorum sıkıntı çıkmıyor ama yeni makianadan hata verdirtiyor.
