Apache Segmentation Fault

Centos 7.2, Plesk 12.5 ve Apache 2.4 kurulu sunucuda son zamanlarda sürekli "Segmentation Fault" hatası almaya başladım ve sanırım bu hatadan dolayı da arasıra domainlerden birisi donuyor ve Apache restart etmeden düzelmiyor...

Epeydir internette aramadığım yol, yöntem kalmadı ama artık ciddi anlamda başa çıkamıyorum ve sinirimi bozmaya başladı, ücretli veya ücretsiz yardımcı olabilecek varsa sevinirim...

En son gdb ile hatayı ayıklamaya çalıştım ancak dönen sonuç ile hatanın nerede olduğunu anlayamadım...

Yüklü modüllerin listesini, kullandığınız mpm'i ve httpd versiyonunu(2.4.x) görebilir miyim?

Sizinle geçen akşam optimizasyon için konuşmuştuk o zaman da söylemiştim Bu sunucu aktif olarak bir müşterim tarafından kullanılıyor ve downtime konusunda oldukça hassaslar, dediğinizi yapabilmem için önce kendim parasını ödeyip aynı sunucudan alıp ona kurulum yapıp ondan sonra taşıma işlemi yapmam lazım onun için de şu anda durumum yok ama eğer oldurda bu sunucudan umudu tamamen kesersem sizinle mutlaka iletişime geçicem...

MPM olarak 1.5 saat önce event'ten prefork'a geçtim çünkü denemediğim en son o kaldı, o zamandan beri henüz hata tekrarlanmadı ama yine de bekliyorum bakalım hata gelmeye devam edecek mi diye....
