merhaba bu sorunu sbcore servisini restart ederek ve çalıştırmayarak çözebilirsin.
yalnız bu servisi recovery console 'dan kapatabilirsin sadece bilgisayarı console 'dan açtıktan sonra
DISABLED komudu ile servisi durdurabilirsin.

Bir de Sim kurmanı tavsiye ederim.

google da arama yaparak proccess explorer'i i indir. (freeware) (sysinternals.com)

procces exploreri açıp sbscrexe.exe(C:\WINDOWS\system32\sbscrexe.exe) bulup "suspend" et. (sağ tılkayarak)

regediti açıp
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\SBCore

anahtarına gidip soltaraftan anhtara sağ tıkla ve "izinler..." de. açılan yere ekle diyerek Administrators grubunu tam yetki vererek ekle.

şimdi sağ tarafa kayıt değerleri gelmesi lazım. gelmezse F5 yaparak görebilirsin. sağ taraftaki "Start" yazan kısma çift tıklayıp "2" oaln değeri "4" yaparsan işlem bitmiştir.

proccess explorera geri dönüp sağ tıklayıp kill proccess diyerek sbscrexe.exe yi sonlandırıyoruz. tekrar başlamıyorsa başardık demektir
