Corporate History
Oyak European Finance Plc (OEF) was established, incorporated and registered under the laws and regulations of Ireland on July, 24 1994 (Company Number: 220313).
Pursuant to Section 39(b) of the Irish Finance Act, 1980, the company was granted a Certificate by the Irish Minister for Finance, is subject to Chapter VII of the Central Bank of Ireland Act, 1989 and as financial services Company operates in a well-regulated but flexible business friendly environment and submits reports to regulatory and governmental bodies in various jurisdictions.
OEF is a customer driven Company, which is fully committed to developing and adding value to long-term mutually rewarding relationships, built on anticipating customer needs and providing consistent value. We seek new business initiatives and opportunities based on sound financial and commercial objectives to develop appropriate funding and credit enhancing transactions and take full responsibility for each transaction from marketing to origination and execution of deals.

Oyak Anker Bank GmbH (Sister Company)
Oyak Anker Bank GmbH (OAB) was founded in 1958 and Oyak became a 100% shareholder in 1995. The bank is authorised by the Central Bank of Germany and is a member of the German Deposit Insurance Scheme. The bank provides a variety of commercial and retail banking products and services. The reporting currency of OAB is the EURO. OAB has a right (under the EU Passport of Business Regulations) to open branches in all EU member States.
