sunucumda htop ile çalışan uygulamaları izlediğimde

/usr/sbin/httpd sürekli yüksek işlemci kullanıyor
saniyelik olarak %30 %70 bazen %100 oluyor
httpd dosyasının boyutu 2.81mb

sunucu özellikleri:
amd AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 250 2.4 ghz
2048 ram
ortalama 15k Trafik var

Yani httpd dosyası ile bir alakası yok

Sitenize giriş sayısı fazla olabilir yada saldırı durumu vardır, detaylı olarak incelenmesi gerekir.
