arkadaşlar daha resellerzoom budget hesabım vardı daha sonra failover one paketine geçtim suana kadar hiç bir sorun yoktu. Fakat şimdi birden bire aşağıdaki mesaj geldi.
Ne yapmalıyım para iadesi istersem veriyorlarmı bu durumlarda ne yapılır. Scripti felan editleyemem. Sitenin hitleri fazla yükselmedi yine aynı hitler sayılır. +500 felan artmıştır.
Mesaj aşağıda yardımcı olabilirseniz sevinirim.

If we suggested you long time ago that upgrading to Failover will solve issue, that does not mean for whole lifetime the account can be kept on failover because of our earlier suggest, if due to script-changes/script-repairs/visitor-increase your account starts to overuse allowed Failover resource-limits, then we will report you accordingly to resolve this issue so that the current failover server does not get overloaded, this is good for your sub-accounts too on that same server.
So please let us know how you plan to resolve this ticket regarding xxxxx username.
