opencart smtp ayarı sürekli hata veriyor, lütfen yardım

Opencart 3.0.2 sürümünü kurdum herşey tamam eposta ayarların ı yaptım ama iletişim formundan test yaptığımda sayfada aşağıdaki hata çıkıyor, internette konu ile ilgili çözümleri denedim ama başarılı olamdım. sizce sprun nedir?

site genel mail adresi ile mail gönderdiğiniz maili aynı yaparak deneyin. eğer mail gönderebilir ise public $smtp_username; kısmının tanımını göndermek istediğiniz mail adresi ile manuel değiştirin.

Hata kaydında da belirtildiği gibi, port sorunu var yani e-posta ayarlarını ya eksik yaptınız ya da mevcut port geçersiz. Ayarları tekrar gözden geçirmeniz gerekiyor. Örneğin, 587 port gibi.

sorun nerede diye anlamak için başka mail tanımladım onda da farklı hata verdii, sonra asıl olması gereken maili tekrar yazdığımda sorun düzeldi, nasıl düzeldi anlamadım
