Php'de VS Code'u Açar Açmaz Aldığım Hata

Merhabalar. Vs Code programını açar açmaz, error.log'da aldığım hata aşağıda. Bu hatayı niye veriyor acaba?

Yani hatanın içeriği ile ilgilenmeden, vscode'u açar açmaz kısmı ilgimi çekti açıkçası hocam. Vscode'da php ile ilgili kullandığınız bir eklenti vs var mıdır? vscode açıldığında php projesini algılayıp tetikleyen bir eklenti var gibi geldi bana.

XAMPP 'ı yönetici olarak çalıştırmayı denedin mi ?

Yönetici olarak çalıştırdığımda apache, mysql yerleri çalışmıyor. Üzerlerinde "x" şeklinde hata işareti gösteriyor. Normal çalıştırırsam bir problem yok. Modüller normal geliyor.
Eklenti olarak da; css peek, live server, Vs Code Türkçe paketi, hightlight matching var.
