Arkadaşlar dosya seç bölümüne jpeg yükleyebileceğim basit bir php yazabilecek bir arkadaş varmı

Arkadaşlar 100 TL para isteyenler oldu r10 daki arkadaşlar mı paragöz oldu yoksa eski yardımsever arkadaşlar mı burayı terketti nedir bu? İstediğim şey çok basit aslında anlayamıyorum 😔
