sonra appeal isteği gönder ( buradan )
sonrada o konunun altına bunları yaptığına stepleri tamamladım diye mesaj bırak diyor.

sağol dediklerini uyguladım diye bir mesaj gönderdim

OK, Blogger gets 2 business days to process restores that are properly requested and appealed. Give them until Thursday PST (holiday season just ending, be patient), to act directly from your requests. If they have not acted by then (which seems to be the case in maybe 50% of the time), please reply here, and we'll take the next step.
