Firstly , if you want to learn English , you have to go to course. Of course, you can improve yourself but you cant learn completely. if you want to completely learn English or other languages, you must study busy. Also you can improve English yourself, for ex. you can watch films with english subtitle, you can read English novels and you can also listening to English songs ( my suggestion is Classic Songs ) etc...

But as i said , you have to go to English course. i have studied "Dilko" English course. I pleased this course. i learned enough for speaking someone. Now i cant speak fluently of course.. But practise , practise , practise.. i think the most important if you want to you learn English, you must practice a lot .

i wish that you learn English , completely...
