You dont want to this but its true there are four options in this exam and these are listening , speaking , reading , reading
every part is 30 points and it is being evaluated like this so its hard and sure if you study regularly you will pass it easily
you said that everyone says somethings but you should listen carefully due to the fact that this people have got many experince.

The point is speaking part. It's very difficult. Needs to be done, listen to careful.
