Kartımda yeterli limit olmasına rağmen kullanamıyorum kafayı yemek üzereyim.
Bankayı aradım limiti kaldırmalarını söyledim ve kaldırdılar. Ama bugün gene alışveriş yapamıyorum. Paypal'e support çektim. Cevap olarak bu geldi.

Hi ..., let me explain this to you. The payment you were trying to
send is randomly affected by our Security System in PayPal. This was
employed in the system itself to keep the integrity of our network which
unfortunately sometimes affects some accounts which are in good
standing. This is similar to the way banks and credit card companies
identify patterns of behavior that are out of the ordinary when
approving individual transactions.

This is not based on the credit line you have or your sellers account as
this is a "per transaction filtering process" to avoid any chargeback,
denied or cancelled payments or even fraud in the system.

If this happens in a specific transaction, your option is to use another
funding source listed in the account as there is no override for this.

For the meantime, if PayPal cannot process this specific transaction, I
advise you to look for other options then even outside PayPal. Contact
the seller and try to find ways on how to get your payment done. This
does not mean you cannot use your card in the future though using the
PayPal system.
