Blockchain 2fa resetlemesi yardım

Daha önce blockchain 2fa erişimimi kaybettim diye mail göndermiştim.Bugün aşağıdaki mail geldi.Ne demek istediklerini bir türlü anlamadım.

İngilizce olsa daha kolay anlaşılırdı. Galiba daha önceden bir talepte bulunmuşsunuz yada en son yaptığınız talebe ithafen 2019'un 1. ayının 1. günü onaylanacak diye belirtmişler.Bu talebi siz yapmadıysanız gelen emailden reddedin yoksa bekleyin diyor.

İngilizce olarak geldi.Türkçeye çevirdim.
