Sedo'dan saldırı ile ilgili mail

Dear ilkay,

Due to an unexpected distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack this weekend,
Sedo's parking servers were temporarily affected by a flood of artificial traffic.
A DDoS attack means that somebody with access to a lot of computers (so called
Bot networks) opened connections to our servers until they were overloaded and
unable to react. This attack disrupted our parking program and caused a short-term
loss of revenue for many of our customers which has been compensated in the manner
described below.

The attack began on Saturday afternoon but due to the tireless efforts of Sedo's
technical team over the weekend, by 3pm (CET) Sunday we had part of the parking
system back online - all domains parked with URL forwarding - and by 10:30pm (CET)
Sunday the entire system was up and running again.

The DDoS attack was something initiated externally without Sedo's knowledge and
resolving the issue was a long and difficult process. In an effort to keep users
notified of the problem and updated with progress being made to get the system
working again, we made postings on forums and in each Sedo member account with
a brief explanation and notice that any revenue lost due to the attack would
be compensated.

Sedo has compensated users for any revenue lost Saturday and Sunday by reviewing
each domain's parking performance between August 13th and August 21 and has
based compensation on the day your domains earned their highest parking revenue.
This compensation has been paid out on a per-domain basis and you can now view
the updated statistics in your Sedo parking account.


Sedo apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the disruption and appreciates
your understanding.

Cumartesi öğleden sonra başlayan saldırının Pazar günü normale döndüğünü, sedonun bilgisi dışında gelişen olayın çözümünün zor olduğunu, bu konudaki bilgilerin paylaşmı için forumda bölüm açıldığını,ayın 13 ile 21 arasında en çok kar oranının yakalandığını ve hesabın update edileceğinden bahsediyor mail..

Bu arada benim hesabın cumartesi kısmını baz alıp pazarı da aynı miktar yapmışlar fakat hala ödeme alamdım...

bende bir kaç gündür giremiyordum bilgisayarımdan kaynaklanıyor sandım.
mailime girdiğimde bende aynı maille katşılaştım.
ama girebildim bugün.

bende memnunum, hala ödeme yapıyor bana allah razı olsun 3 depo benzin param çıkıyor

İşlerini bu kadar aksattığına göre sunucuya baya çalışmış elemanlar. Ödemesini alamayanlar toplansa şöyle 20 kişi 2048k ile saldırsa hoşaf olurlar. Bi dahada kimsenin parasını ödememezlik etmezler

Aynen ilk günden beri 2 hesabıma da devamlı ödeme alıyorum ama click lerin 0,2 cent e düşmesinden beri tat vermez oldu .
