mail atıp yardım isteyebilirsin ama taşımıyorlar genelde.Siteniz büyük değilse taşımanızda yardımcı olabilirim.

Aslında olay şu

Bir müsterim vardı ve hostingi benim tüm işlerimi yaptığım domainlerimin oldugu panelde duruyor. ve paneli benden istiyor şu anda. bu hostingi ona devretmem gerekiyor. bunu nasıl yapabilirim ?

eğer hosting kullanma haklarından falan bahsediyorsanız onun için mail attım cevap bekliyorum.sadece siteyi taşıyacaksanız FTP ve veritabanı yedeklerini alıp ve yeni hesapta çalıştıracaksınız.

You will have to cancel the hosting in the current account (after backing it up to a local computer), then purchasing a new hosting plan in another account and setting to the hosting account there. I apologize for the inconvenience.

If you do canceled the hosting plan, please reply after canceling so we may submit a refund request for any remaining, pre-paid, unused months on the plan.
