GoldKey will not support any domain that violates these policies. GoldKey reserves the right to decline to serve any domain at any time during the term. Examples of domains that GoldKey may decline to support include but are not limited to the following:

a. trademarks, company names, and names of specific natural persons (including misspellings), such as McDonalds.com, macdnalds.com, xcerox.com, micaljordan.com;

b. words which would evoke a question of legality, such as automatic weapons or military-style assault weapons, cracked or pirated software (especially words like appz, *****, cracks, crackz, hacks, hackz), falsely obtained passwords (especially words like passwordz), prostitution services and questionable substances or words alluding to ingestion of questionable substances;

c. defamatory, libelous or threatening language, such as racial or religious epithets or language related to doing physical harm to people or their property;

d. vulgar or obscene language, such as f-ckyu.com;

e. any language that might advocate or glorify torture, rape or any other illegal or harmful act; and

f. any language that is sexually explicit, including but not limited to language related to prostitution, child pornography or underage ***, bestiality, necrophilia, incest or pedophilia.

Goldkey.com, LLC will not be held responsible if a domain owner is sued for content on their page, trademark issues, or anything else relating to the domain owner's name.

Terms of Service

Without limiting the generality of any other provision of this Agreement, the following acts constitute a material misuse of the Links, the Results and the Marks and a material breach of this Agreement. Unless specifically allowed in this Agreement, Publisher will not authorize, permit, enable or engage in any of the following:
1.1 Queries or clicks on Results generated through any misleading or incentivized means, including:
1.1.1 blind links (where users do not know that they will be performing a Query or clicking on a Result);
1.1.2 requiring a user to perform a search or click on Results in order to obtain some other benefit or result;
1.1.3 pre-population of a Search Box;
1.1.4 Queries or clicks on Results required in order for the user to do another function, such as leaving a webpage or closing a pop-up window;
1.1.5 Publisher, its employees, contractors or agents clicking on the Results except in the course of normal individual use; or
1.1.6 offering a user any inducement of any kind to click on the Results.
1.2 Links placed on or Queries from or after 404 or other error messages;
1.3 Queries from, or displays of Results or Links within pop-over or pop-under windows, in or through a downloadable application, or in or through an email;
1.4 Use, display, syndication, sublicensing or delivery of the Links, Results or Marks anywhere other than on Publisher's Offerings;
1.5 Adding, deleting or changing terms or characters of a Query by anyone other than the user;
1.6 Display of anything (such as pop-up windows or expanding banners) that may obscure any portion of the Links or the Results;
1.7 Display of a pop under window;
1.8 Stripping, blocking, or filtering Results by any means or in any way preventing or inhibiting the display of Results in whole or in part;
1.9 Disabling or modifying any element of the browser without the user's express prior consent;
1.10 Replacing the user's home page without the user's express prior consent; or
1.11 Automatic installation of any program on a user's computer without the user's express prior consent.
1.12 Sending any type of incentivized traffic which includes, but is not limited to PTR (Paid to read), PTS (Paid to Surf), and PTC (Paid to Click).
If we determine that you are intentionally sending visitors that you know will have no interest at all in our advertisers, we have the right to terminate your account at any time and forfeit your payments. Click Fraud

GoldKey.com has multiple tools and methods in place to detect click fraud. Fraud includes clicking ads on your website, or the ads on someone else's website, including the use of robots. GoldKey.com has a zero tolerance policy towards click fraud. When you are caught, you will no longer have access to the system, receive no more commissions, and your activities will reported to the other domain parking operators in the community.
Payment Schedule

GoldKey.com payout cycle works on a net 15 basis. We calculate the earnings from your account for the month and you are paid on the 15th of every month for your previous months earnings. If at anytime this payment schedule is something that does need meet your needs, you are given the option to speak with an account manager regarding a payment schedule that is right for you.
