Tıkladığında açılan popup kodu ?

Arkadaşlar sitemde chat ve müzik player var ben yanlız chat ve yanlız player şeklinde bir uygulama yapmak istiyorum linke tıklandığında sadece player açılacak yada chat açılacak yani tıklandığında açılan sayfayı belirlediğim yükseklik ve genişlikte açacak popup oluyor sanırım firefox ve ie de çalışırsa iyi olur bilen varmı ?

Bu kod günde 1 kere açılır? Böyle Birşey işine Yararmı? Üzerinde Oynayabilirsin? Sp2'de bile açılıyor popup
