Aynen dediği gibi sisteminize ip bloklayan yazılım varsa o engelleyebilir.

Yada dns sunucunuz yada web server anlık kapalı olduysa bot girişi o yüzden yapamamış olabilir.

Bu tip sıkıntı genelde host değişimi yaparken olmaktadır.Kullandığınız domain DNS ayarlarını kontrol ediniz.
