Host firmana yada sunucuyu almışsan firmana söyle erişim yasaklanmış olabiliyor benzer sorun başımdan geçmişti.. Çözümü hatırlamıyorum ama sunucumu yeniden kurunca düzelmişti.. Yanlışlıkla bot izni verilmemiş gibi bir olaydı..
