I have some things on top of my head which I would like to share with you:

If a rival webmaster puts my adsense code on some ***** or ***** site,

although I don't have any fault at this, I'd probably get kicked out of
adsense. Right?
I think to prevent this from happenning, there should be an option like
the following:
An option that would allow me to say : only display my adsense ads on the
domains that I specify.
You already have the competing ads filter, I think this also would be a
good addition that would help us webmasters have a peace of mind.
