USD and properties left behind by my late client to your Country before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank. This deposits were lodged particularly, at the BANQUE ATLANTIQUE BENIN BAB where my deceased client has an account balance of Eighteen million five hundred thousand dollars $18,500,000.00.USD.

The bank has issued me a mandate letter of ultimatum to provide my client heir or have his account confiscated as an unclaimed fund, but having been advised by my Colleague lawyers and some financial experts, I was asked to track His last name over the Internet, to locate any member of his Family to assist me make this claim and transfer the fund legally, hence I contacts you, since you shares the same last name with my late client.

I hereby seek your consent to present you as a relative to my deceased client so that the Bank can transfer this fund into your Bank account, and then we will share the money equally at 50% to you and 50% me instead of aboundoning it with the Bank.

Kindly go through my mail carefully so that you will have a better idea of what i am proposing to you. You are to stand as the next of kin to my late client because you have the same last name with my client.



As per my previous mail to you, I contacted you for this transaction in good faith, and be rest assured that there is nothing illegal that is involved, My late client has same last name with you that is why I decided to contact you to stand as the next of kin to my late claim fund since my search of any next of kin of his has proved abortive, if we don’t do this the government or bank will take possession of the fund and we will be the looser , so what we are doing is to recover this fund and my late client will be happy wherever he is .



I cannot work it alone as I will jeopardize the entire plan if the bank feels am trying to take the fund for myself and your involvement as I know is equal to my involvement seeing that I need you and you need me in this transaction.



However I reconfirm that of the total cash deposit of Eightnne million Five Hundred Thousand US DOLLARS ($18,500,000.00) which my late client deposited in the bank here, 45% will go to you,45% for me and 10% for charity and any expenses incurred during the transfer will also be deducted from the 10%. I hope this is fair and ok seeing that we need to compulsorily invest some portion of this fund into charity as has always been the desire of late Mr. Michael Koca.



Please confirm this mail and get back to me with the following information: Your full name, full address, occupation, marital status, private phone number, nationality and age and so that I will in return send you all information and the claim application form for you to fill and send to the bank immediately and I will also send you information of my late client Mr. Michael Koca, for your file.



I will guide you and give you all direction necessary for the claim until fund arrive your account and as we proceed, do not do anything regarding the transaction without informing me first and we must work as partner and as a lawyer be rest assured that all we will do will be within the scope of law.
