If this is a youtube clone, obviously it's not suitable for a shared server. System load dropped from 54 to 10 in under 30 seconds after suspending your site, and it's still dropping. You'll need to move this site to dedicated services to continue.

My web has 2500 traffic. And you block 404 error page so it use too much cpu power.
My account's 404 error page have had hostgator advertising. you wasn't doing advertising my web hosting. Before you correct your wrong.
in addition to, i block bad content videos with script optimization.

my account must be active. xxx.com's script transfer other hosting. i'll use my account for other low traffic sites.
