    First, please do not use a translator for your mails. Neither google, nor any
    other. From experience such is worse then trying to using your own words. We can
    only guess what you meant with your enquiry, but such is not a good solution when
    corresponding about complex issues like v-server, passwords, access options a.s.o.

    Second, please be as kind as to always reply to our return mails instead of
    opening up a new support ticket. We are having a hard time keeping track of your
    enquiries and if worst comes to worst, we will not be able to adequately respond
    to your requests if they are out of context.

    Now, back to your question from which we believe to have learned that you are
    supposing the password wouldn't work. By working on a LINUX console and being
    prompted to insert the password, you'll not see the keys typed on the screen.
    Still, they are there. Just insert the password and return ENTER key.

    Give it a try, it should work by all means.
