problems on a brand new mysql server because of some queries ran over
and
over again over many rows, for example:

I've disabled the database to keep the server stable, please try to
query
less often, such as caching the above summing query, you shouldn't need
to sum the hits many times a second, but can instead store the sum in a
table and query that, and update it every so often, and the above are
