Thank you for your reply.
The documents would need be to provided, otherwise we can't go ahead with the order.
The documents received must be certified correctly and must be certified by an Appropriate Person (as defined below). Certification must state the copy is a true copy of the original and must state the certifiers:
Full Name;
Position/Status;
Address;
Official Stamp; and
Date of certification.
Certification must be undertaken by one of the following Appropriate Persons:
Accountant;
Articled clerk of a limited company;
Assurance agent of recognised company;
Bank/building society official;
Barrister;
Broker;
Chairman/Director of limited company;
Councillor; local or county;
Civil servant (permanent);
Director/Manager of a VAT registered Charity;
Insurance agent (full time) of a recognised company;
Justice of the Peace;
Local government officer;
Member of Parliament;
Person with honours (e.g. OBE, MBE etc);
Police Officer;
Post Office official; and
Solicitor.
Please note: If you are based outside of the UK, a Notary Public should certify the documents.
If you submit a document that is not in English, it must be accompanied by a full translation that can be independently verified. Each translated document must contain:
confirmation from the translator that it is an accurate translation of the original document;
the date of the translation;
the translator's full name and signature; and
the translator's contact details.
Once you have acquired the correct documentation, please respond to this email, attaching the photo or scanned copy of the document.
