We will do this work for you for the amount you mentioned in your previous mail($xxxx). But we know this amount is less than we expected. Anyway we are looking for the long term relationship with the clients. We will consider your previous mail as a confirmation to commence the work. We are expecting one high level requirement(HLR) document mentioning the features, website name, color, sample pictures etc from you at the earliest. We will be working according to the HLR considering this document as a Master file for reference. Since we are delivering the project in different phases (Phase 1, 2, and 3), you could be able to see the deliverables at the end of the each phase. We will be sending the quotation for this work once we receive the HLR from you. Waiting for the reply.
