If you have paid via PayPal please write again from the e-mail address you
used at PayPal to pay for the account.
If you cannot access that e-mail account anymore, please send us the
transaction-ID (17 digit and letters) from your PayPal account or the receipt
number (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) directly.
If you have paid via wiretransfer please let us know the following:
- the reason for payment which was generated on our website and used for the
transfer (e.g. 123456++test++rapidshare.com).
- the exact payment date.
- the full name of the person who sent the payment.
- Amount in EUR
