My sincere apologies for the downtime you've experienced.

I brought this to the attention of one of our administrators. He looked
into the matter and found that there was something crashing the MySQL
service 'muffy:zoey' which is causing the intermittent downtime and load
problems. He's now moving that service to another machine which should
clear things up. I'm told that it will take around an hour to complete
the move.

inconvenience this has caused you. Please let me know if you have any
