According to the options you selected on our support e-form you have a question about how to add or import accounts into your Windows Live Admin Center domain. For more information about adding and importing users, follow this link Manage your e-mail accounts and users to our help files or read the information below.
Add a new user
1) Sign in to Windows Live Admin Center and click on your domain name
2) Click "Member accounts" and then click "Add"
3) Enter the information of the account starting with the account name (you only need the part before the @ symbol in your domain name). If you would like you may choose to have the user of the account change their password when they first sign in, or you may allow them to keep the password you assign them by unchecking that option. They may always change their password later.
4) When you are finished, click "OK".
Note: Some account names that contain certain blocked words are not allowed for use with Windows Live Admin Center. If you would like to request that we remove this block on that account please reply to this message with the reason you are requesting the block and justification for unblocking the account name.
Importing existing accounts
If an account using your domain name existed prior to you signing up your domain with Windows Live Admin Center you may import it into your domain. Follow the same steps to "Add a new user". When you see a yellow warning message that the Windows Live ID already exists, click "Import" to add that account to your domain and give it an e-mail inbox if you have mail service associated with your domain.
You may also click "Evict" if you do not want that account associated with your domain any long. This will force the user of that domain to rename it the next time they sign in and allow you to create it fresh after they rename it, or to never create it again.
